Directions

Add 1/2 to 1-1/2 ounces of product per gallon of warm water. Amount of detergent needed will vary in accordance with the number of utensils to be washed and the degree of soil present. After dishes and utensils are clean, they should be thoroughly rinsed with warm tap water. Follow sanitizing procedures set up by your facility.
